Our preferred shipping providers are UPS and USPS. Standard delivery time is 4-11 business days within the continental United States. Orders are not shipped until credit card authorization or PayPal payments have been verified and cleared. Address verification must also have cleared prior to shipment.  Once your item has been shipped you will receive a delivery confirmation notice with tracking number.  To ensure your tracking number is received please add spoolno72@hotmail.com to your email safe list.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the customer’s original order date of the merchandise.  Returns are not accepted on reconstructed, vintage, or Indian rug bags.  Items returned must be received in the original packaging with all tags attached and in a saleable mint condition. Returns need to arrive at our warehouse within the 30 days for a refund. We cannot accept returns if the item arrives after the 30 days or if the item is not in its original condition. In such cases the items will be returned or a 30% restocking fee will be applied to the order.  Returns will be processed within 5-7 days of receipt of the returned item.  The same means of payment will be credited the refund.

·        Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and it is highly recommended that packages are insured. 

·        All returns items must be retuned in folded original condition with attached tags and original packaging and must be in unworn, unwashed and smoke free condition.

·        Received returns will be processed and original payment method will be refunded for the amount of your purchase minus the shipping charges incurred.

·        Please note: It may take 5 - 7 days to process your return and 1-2 billing cycles for your credit card refund to appear on your statement.
